About The Villa
This magnificent and imposing manor villa is located in Vaiano, a small village nestled in the countryside on the border between Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany near the picturesque village of Castiglione in Teverina.
The old farmhouse dates back to 1600 but over time has undergone changes and improvements. In more recent times the property has been completely renovated, paying attention to the original features and using carefully selected materials of the time.
Built entirely of stone, the prestigious residence is characterized by interiors studied in detail and elegant and refined taste. One of the distinctive features of the property is undoubtedly the park that surrounds it, about 5,000 square meters of land available with tall trees, two large barbecuee areas with gazebo and pergola, car pot, and a large swimming pool.
The villa also boasts a veranda made of iron and glass inside which there is a beautiful winter garden where you can enjoy a pleasant reading or a moment of relaxation.
The property has an area of about 600 square meters divided into three floors. On the ground floor we find the kitchen, dining room, living room, study, bathroom, guest room, winter garden and outbuildings. The first floor has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a study and a living room with fireplace. The second and last floor is occupied by a living room, a loft, an attic and other outbuildings.
The floors are almost all terracotta, with the exception of some parquet bedrooms. Ceilings of the kitchen and the bedrooms in wooden beams.
